Some snaps taken during my morning jogs. These pictures don't do justice to the calm and peaceful sight of a beautiful Durham morning in the spring. Sun rising, flowers blooming, birds chirping, rabbits hopping and a clear blue sky.. Such tranquility.. Subhanallah... 
p/s : Pictures taken using my mobile phone (cum unofficial mp3 player) which explains the below-than-ordinary quality of the shots. Takkan nak bawak camera sambil jog tak? 
Yeah babeh, I have started jogging almost everyday now..  Well, at least trying to...

- People who kept on reminding me how FAT I've become, (re-emphasised by dear Sau Kang and Anakin in the previous entry, thank you very much!  ok... ok.. i geddit.. i geddit..  )
- My own conscience after I find it a struggle to fit in into most of my clothes! and having to go for a size bigger if I ever want to buy anything!
- Self-realisation that I haven't done any good to my body (read:work out) for more than 6 months now!  I miss going to the gym... step classes.. aaarrgghh...
- Motivation from one of my flatmate who has slimmed down A LOT after going through a strict regime of healthy diet and healthy lifestyle for the past 3 weeks
- GUILT from eating one whole Easter rabbit chocolate in one go! (refer : http://www.lindt.com/2865/2866.asp) Yup, that wabbit is in my tummy now  And it's not that small you know.. Almost like a life-size baby rabbit. But I tell you, it is sooo sinfully yummy you can't stop! Ahhhh, Lindt.. so divine....  Thank you Anja! Break 'em into pieces, eat bit by bit sambil buat kerja, before you know it, aa? almost finish?
... and oh, a pact I have with a friend back home to shed at least 5kgs by June.. ahakkss..
Hopefully can stick to it! Sekurang-kurangnya 3 kali setiap minggu, 30 minit setiap sesi!

A mini April'02 meet up in Edinburgh

Was in Edinburgh for the weekend (well actually just from Saturday nite to Sunday nite only.. had class on Saturday till 5 and class again on Monday)
I must be out of my mind going away in the middle of writting two very very difficult assignments, but it's really relieving to meet old friends. You just forget about your work for a while.
Come to think of it, it was only 24.5hrs (arrived 730pm Saturday, train back 8pm Sunday). Not too bad actually...
Su Yin, Choon Hong n Prakash arrived in Edinburgh earlier this month, working for Deloittes Edinburgh.. still very much loyal with auditing.. Its definitely a closed chapter for us ay Faith?..
Thanks Adik, Su Yin, Prakash, Faith & Alexey for the lovely weekend. I enjoyed every bit of it.. And the nasi lemak session felt just like lepaking at one of our houses back home.
Su Yin, get yourself a new pair of shoes please!! See, there is a reason why 'some people' have 15 pairs you know!! Ha Ha Ha
Sorry couldn't write much about the trip. Soo much work to do la!!!

Observing Sex Differences in Pedestrian Behaviour..

As part of our Behavioural Research Methods module in Quantitative Research Skills class, we are supposed to observe the pedestrian behaviour of Durhamites by gender and make analysis from the data collected, using SPSS (one super-cool statistical tool!! )
The class was scattered all around Durham for this exercise. My group teamed up with Juhi's, observing people through the windows of a small coffee shop in town.
Observing close to 200 samples, working over breakfast, cake, a cup of tea and er.. a round of gossip.. ? hmmm... fun!

It snowed again today. Since this might be the last snow before spring starts, the Tiga Dara Pinggitan ("TDP") decided to take a walk to town by the banks of River Wear and stop by for lunch at the cute and cosy Pancake Shop.

Two nights in a row at the theatre?! Too much! haha.. Don't blame us, we were missing home terribly and we needed some form of therapy/comforting apart from shopping... (Got bored of that already... yeah rite! )
Regardless, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously on both nites... Both the shows were awesome!
